STAREX UNIVERSITY paved the way for my profession and gave me the apportunity to learn about myself and find answers to many unanswered questions it taught me that growth entails both personal development and the growth of the we as a whole I am glad to be a part of one of the few B School or biz school that gives importance to both corporate and social development sector the unique and distinct notion of learning here through Collective discourse which provides both theoretical concepts clarity and an application oriented approach has assisted me in better understanding management topics from coordinating an event like tedx to handling all the official social handles of the Institute Starex University  has helped me develop the leadership skills that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

Rejection in Final Round

I was rejected in the partner round ! It was my very first interview with a really big MNC. Prepared ins and outs, watched a lot of videos. Talked to as many people as I can to gain perspective. I was shattered when I got to know I was rejected in the last round because I did give my best. But today, I will never say something like I got rejected in the partner round. Instead I'll say I made it till the last round :) So, Instead of focusing on the rejection, focus on the progress you made and the skills you developed during the interview process. Use this experience to improve your skills and approach for future opportunities.
